DISHOOM
Dishoom Covent Garden and newly opened Dishoom Shoreditch, pay homage to the 'Irani Cafes' of old Bombay, hugely popular in the last century now few remain. Open from breakfast until dinner Dishoom's menu takes its lead from the street grills, food stalls & Irani cafes of original dishes served alongside authentic Indian drinks.
NOPI
From the team behind Ottolenghi, NOPI opened in March 2011 and serves food that may be described as ‘contemporary London’; ingredients and spices from Israel, North Africa, the Mediterranean and Asia are carefully used to create awe-inspiring dishes, served in elegant brasserie surroundings.

Ottolenghi now sells an abundance of essential pantry items online including spices, grains, syrups and oils as well as homemade jams, chutneys, chocolate, sweets, cookie & cakes, specially selected wines, cookbooks, gifts of packaged items & vouchers for Ottolenghi and NOPI restaurants. The hassle is over then – everything a cook needs, especially for the new cookbook Jerusalem, is just a click away.
UPSTAIRS AT THE TEN BELLS
Upstairs at The Ten Bells began life as a temporary project above an historic pub in Spitalfields, a dining project which experimented and challenged standard restaurant etiquette. Chef Isaac McHale along with Daniel Willis and Johnny Smith, continue to run the dining room which is open for lunch and dinner, and oversee the young team along with Head Chef Giorgio Ravelli.
THE CLOVE CLUB
After much anticipation Daniel Willis, Johnny Smith and chef Isaac McHale opened The Clove Club restaurant and bar in East London in March 2013. The celebrated team, who also run Upstairs at The Ten Bells, bring their winning formula of fun, great music, elegantly crafted food and vibes to a larger audience at the historic Shoreditch Town Hall on Old Street.
GALVIN RESTAURANTS
Galvin Restaurants is a family run collection of French restaurants founded in 2005 by Michelin-starred chef brothers Chris and Jeff Galvin. Each of the seven restaurants is unique, but they all share a common theme; the desire to offer high quality French cuisine. The restaurants include Galvin Bistrot de Luxe, Galvin La Chapelle and Cafe a Vin, Demoiselle in Harrods and Galvin at Windows.
BRUNSWICK HOUSE - BOXER BROTHERS
Jackson and Frank Boxer come from a food dynasty that has shaped the way we eat today, and the brothers have focused their love of food, hospitality and generosity into their restaurant and bar projects. Still in their twenties, Jackson and Frank opened Frank’s Cafe on the roof of a disused car park in Peckham in 2009, then Brunswick House in Vauxhall in 2010 to much praise, and most recently the temporary Rita’s Bar and Dining in Dalston.

WHITECHAPEL GALLERY DINING ROOM
The Whitechapel Gallery Dining Room opened in January 2011 under the guidance of Executive Chef Angela Hartnett and Senior Head Chef Emma Duggan, bringing their passion and enthusiasm for big flavours, seasonality, carefully sourced produce and simplicity to the table. The produce led menu changes daily with a roast for Sunday lunch.
BOUNDARY RESTAURANT & BAR
Boundary opened in January 2009 taking over the site of an old Victoria warehouse in Shoreditch. Award-winning Head Chef Frederick Forster runs Boundary restaurant offering a modern menu of French classics in the Conran designed dining room, while wine Master Christopher Delalonde manages the renowned wine cellar.

Blue Plate 'soul food joint' will soon open next door to American bakery Outsider Tart in Chiswick. Blue Plate will serve good old-fashioned comfort food from across the US - soul food of the deep South, Cali-cuisine of the West Coast & the eclectic, feisty influences from New York.
MANI restaurant Sao Paolo
Husband and wife chefs Helena Rizzo and Daniel Redondo opened their Brazilian-Spanish restaurant in 2006 celebrating traditional Brazilian dishes in their own contemporary style. MANI is now no.51 in the World's 50 Best restaurant list and is noted as one of Brazil's leading restaurants.
