Authentic Mexican comes to London

La Bodega Negra is an exciting new Mexican restaurant project opening in a prime Soho location in early 2012.

The brains behind La Bodega Negra are New York nightlife legend Serge Becker, London's celebrated restaurant operator Will Ricker, and serial entrepreneur Ed Spencer Churchill.

Featuring a dramatic subterranean 100-seater restaurant and bar, a road side taqueria, and all-day contemporary Mexican cafe, La Bodega Negra promises the most authentic Mexican fare in town in a sumptuously designed complex of spaces. The menu will feature staples such as ceviches, tacos and tostados, as well as rotisserie dishes and specialties from the wood-burning grill. Spicing and ingredients will be painstakingly sourced to ensure a magical and authentic culinary experience. A selection of bespoke cocktails including margaritas such as Hibiscus Margarita and Tamarind Margarita and a definitive tequila menu will complement the food.
